Each service price covers everything from steaming and prepping the product for our photoshoot to editing the final images and sending the product back to you.
WHAT IF IM UNSATISFIED WITH THE WAY A PRODUCT IS PHOTOGRAPHED?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find that the image does not align with your expectations, please reach out to us with your feedback. We will collaborate with you to make necessary adjustments or re-photograph the product to ensure it meets your standards.
WHAT'S THE BEST SIZE TO SEND IN?
For garments, size mediums are usually the best to photograph. If you’re sending multiple colorways or styles of the same piece, we recommend sending the same size for all pieces.
DO YOU OFFER PRICING DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?
Yes, we do provide pricing breaks for high-quantity orders. Our discounts begin at 100 or more images per order.

Yes, we do accommodate rush orders. To expedite the process and ensure prompt delivery of your images, please indicate your time requirements when placing your order.
